COMMENT Market started with a small surge to eventually settle one hour in where exporters were consistently competitive.  FLEECE All fleece generally 0.5% dearer across the board, consistently through the day.  SKIRTINGS All descriptions 0.5% dearer in good competition. OPEN TOP 16/17 micron 1-2% easier. 18/19/20 all very firm.
