Improved market tone. COMMENT More sustained and broader market competition. FLEECE Up to 1% dearer for all descriptions SKIRTINGS 17.5 micron and finer generally 1% easier, best least affected. 18.0 micron and broader generally unchanged. OPEN TOP 18.0 micron and finer 1% easier 18.5 and broader par to 1% dearer.
