EASTERN AUSTRALIAN MARKET REPORT

COMMENT.

Melbourne and Sydney markets not aligned, due to two distinct offerings with Sydney having more higher yielding wools, and Melbourne dominated by drought affected wools. Sydney ended up 2% dearer overall,  where as Melbourne finished  1% dearer overall. 

FLEECE

All descriptions 1-2% dearer, with better style fine wools and higher yielding wools more affected. 

SKIRTINGS

Best FNF skirtings up to 1% dearer, all other wools sellers favour.
