COMMENT

Fleece 10-30 cents cheaper, skirtings 20 cents cheaper and open tops 25 cents cheaper.

FLEECE

The fleece market opened on a strong note, but as the sale progressed prices eased and by the close were up to 30 cents cheaper. 18.5u and finer held up reasonably well, while 19.0u and broader fell heavily in the second half of the sale.
Fleece had a passed-in rate of 27.7%.

SKIRTINGS

Skirtings were generally 20 cents cheaper.

OPEN TOP

Open tops were generally 25 cents cheaper.
