Fleece 20-50 cents dearer, skirtings unchanged, and open tops 30-40 cents dearer.

The fleece market was dearer today with 20.0u and broader the most affected rising by 40-50 cents. 19.5u and finer was around 10-20 cents dearer.

The passed-in rate for fleece was 7.3%.

18.5u and finer skirtings finished the day unchanged, while 19.0u and broader were around 20 cents cheaper.

There was strong demand for open tops which saw prices rise around 30-40 cents.
