COMMENT

Fleece 5 cents dearer, and skirtings 10-20c dearer, and open tops 10 cents dearer.

FLEECES

Fleece prices were generally firm to 5 cents dearer today. There was good demand from all exporters, and combined with a large number of withdrawns prior to sale, helped prices remain firm through to the end of the day.

The passed-in rate for fleece was 8.2%.

SKIRTINGS

Skirtings finished the day around 10-20 cents dearer with finer microns the most affected.

Open tops were generally 10 cents dearer today.
