COMMENT

Fleece 10 cents cheaper, skirtings 20 cents cheaper, and open tops firm to 20 cents cheaper.

FLEECES.

The fleece market opened softer across all microns today with prices generally 10-15 cents cheaper. Some exporters seemed to lift their limits towards the end of the sale and prices firmed slightly to only finish 5-10 cents cheaper at the close. 

The passed-in rate for fleece was 23.8%.

SKIRTINGS

Skirtings were generally 20 cents cheaper.

OPEN TOPS

17.5u open tops were slightly dearer, while other microns fell around 10-20 cents.
