Market easier again.

Comment

North Island offering 4,800 bales made up of 40% good colour fleece, 35% crossbred second shear, bulk 75mm, 15% associated oddments, 5% lambs and 5% miscellaneous types.

South Island offering 6,300 bales made up of 55% crossbred fleece good/average colour, 15% crossbred second shear bulk 75/100mm, 10% crossbred lambs, 15% associated oddments and 10% miscellaneous types.

Limited competition from China and Indian Sub Continent.  Well supported by Australasian carpet mills.
