Comment

North Island only selling this week with 6,100 bales on offer.  The selection consisted of 42% crossbred second shear good colour 36.0 to 40.0 micron, bulk 75mm, 34% crossbred second shear hoggets good colour 32.0 to 35.0 micron bulk 50/75mm, 7% crossbred fleece poorer style 35.0 to 37.0 micron bulk 75/150mm, 14% associated oddments, 3% miscellaneous types.  Main competition India, Continent and the United Kingdom supported by local carpet mills.

Second Shears
