Comment

North Island only selling today with 7,800 bales on offer.  The selection consisted of 15% average colour crossbred fleece, bulk 75/150mm, 52% good/average colour crossbred second shear bulk 75mm, 10% average/poor colour crossbred lambs 29-31 micron, 21% associated oddments and 2% miscellaneous types.  Limited competition with Indian sub-continent/local carpet mills main.

Shears

Crossbred shears 3.5% cheaper.

Lambs

Poor style lambs 2.5% cheaper.

Oddments

All descriptions buyers favour.
