Comment

South Island only offering 7,800 bales this week.  The selection consisted of 15% second shear generally good style, bulk 75mm, 48% crossbred ewe fleece good/average colour bulk 75/125mm and longer, 16% lambs fleece, bulk 28.5/31.0 micron, good colour, 15% associated oddments and 6% miscellaneous types.  Keen widespread competition.  Indian sub continent and China main with support from Europe, United Kingdom and Australasian carpet spinners.
