COMMENT

The Sydney wool auction was held at the Royal Sydney Easter Show with thousands of people seeing the auction for the first time. Unfortunately this was not enough to stop another market finishing in negative territory.

FLEECE

Best style Euro spec wool remains firm.

Chinese style 16.5 micron and finer upto 2% easier.

17/18.5 micron were 1-1.5% easier

19/21 micron 0.5-1% easier.

SKIRTINGS

17.5 micron and finer 1-2% easier.

18 micron and broader generally unchanged.

B/C Fault upto 2% easier
